On Thursday, May 15, James Beard Award winner and Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina will join Chef Nick Dugan of Sorelle in the kitchen for a special dinner highlighting signature dishes from each chefs’ repertoire.
Before moving to Charleston to helm the kitchen at Sorelle, Chef Dugan spent nearly 15 years under Chef Mina’s mentorship, cooking together around the world—from Washington, D.C. to the Red Sea. This reunion dinner features two unique menus that honor their journey together and the bond they’ve built over years in the kitchen.
Guests will have the opportunity to choose between two distinct five-course menus: the Mina Menu or the Sorelle Menu. Menu highlights include caviar parfaits, lobster pot pie, kanpachi carpaccio, and Chef Mina’s signature root beer float.
Tickets, which include the 5-course prix fixe menu and a signed copy of Chef Mina’s newest cookbook, My Egypt, are $225 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Tickets are now available on Resy.
