Charleston Wine + Food (CHSWF) is seeking final nominations for its 2026 Community Impact Awards, a program created to recognize the often unsung individuals who make the Lowcountry’s hospitality community stronger, more inclusive, and more future-focused.
The awards spotlight the mentors, advocates, and behind-the-scenes leaders whose work supports and elevates Charleston’s hospitality industry. Last year’s honorees reflected that mission, including Chef Amethyst Ganaway; Gena Berry of Culinary Works; Molly Gordon of Wando High School Culinary Arts; Pearce Fleming of Commonhouse Aleworks; and Ben’s Friends.
With nominations closing Friday, Nov. 21, at 5 p.m. ET, CHSWF is seeking individuals who:
- commit to meaningful, positive change;
- prioritize people, inclusivity, and belonging; and
- use hospitality as a force for sustainability and community good
Nominations can be submitted here.
Honorees will be recognized at the Community Impact Awards Fundraising Luncheon on Jan. 27, 2026, benefiting CHSWF’s year-round mentorship and education programming across local schools and post-secondary institutions.
