Beautiful South
Offering an Easter Dim Sum Banquet on Sunday, April 20 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Break tradition with a fun, family-style meal featuring Chef David Schuttenberg's signature Cantonese-style Roasted Duck as the centerpiece, accompanied by handmade dim sum favorites like Char Siu Bao and Scallion Pancake.
Serving groups of 3-4 guests, the experience ($140 not including beverage, tax, or gratuity) will be offered on a limited-availability, so reservations are highly encouraged. See below for the full menu.

- Pair your meal with a carafe of mimosa for $30 or our signature BLU Bloody Mary for $8

- Offering an Easter menu, including various offerings and serving packages
- Two packages are available in both four-person and eight-person quantities. The standard package, priced at $169, includes sliced bourbon pineapple glazed ham and can be upgraded to Hamby Catering’s renowned braised boneless short ribs for $219. All packages come with Southern green beans, macaroni and cheese, Tuscan kale and Brussels sprouts salad, buttermilk biscuits, and chocolate chip cheesecake brownies.
