Delaney Oyster House and The Neighborhood Dining Group have announced Elliot Cusher as executive chef, bringing his culinary experience and Lowcountry roots to the downtown Charleston seafood restaurant.
A Charleston native, Cusher returns home to lead Delaney’s culinary program after a career spanning some of the country’s most respected kitchens. His experience includes roles at Charleston institutions S.N.O.B. and Charleston Grill, Michelin-starred restaurants in Dublin and London, James Beard-recognized restaurants in Miami and New Orleans, and leadership positions throughout The Indigo Road Hospitality Group.
At Delaney, Cusher will bring a seafood-forward approach inspired by both his global experiences and lifelong connection to the Lowcountry.
Under Cusher’s direction, guests can expect an evolving menu showcasing seafood, seasonal ingredients and the flavors of the Lowcountry through a fresh perspective.
