This holiday season, leave the cooking to the pros and embrace the festive spirit with Hank’s Seafood Restaurant. Executive Chef Tim Richardson has prepared a lineup of seasonal events, cocktails, and specials for the holidays.
November Martinis
Hank’s rotating $5 lunch martini for November is a pomegranate-rosemary Friendsgiving Martini, featuring gin, Aperol, pomegranate shrub, and rosemary simple syrup. Lunch service runs Thursday through Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To celebrate Wicked: For Good, Hank’s is also offering the Defying Gravity flight, featuring signature “And Just Like That” and “At The Fair” martinis in pink and green for $18, available all month during lunch and dinner.
Hanksgiving
Guests can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal prepared by Chef Tim at home. Orders are accepted through Nov. 17. Full menu available online.
Christmas Eve
Hank’s will serve familiar favorites such as she-crab soup and bouillabaisse, along with festive specials including a jumbo lump crabcake–stuffed flounder with bacon and olives, served with red rice and beurre blanc.
New Year’s Eve
Celebrate with a dinner featuring seared beef tenderloin and butter-poached lobster tail, served with twice-baked potato, charred broccolini, red wine horseradish compound butter, and beurre blanc. Guests can also enjoy seafood towers and festive bubbles.
New Year’s Day
Lunch and dinner will feature freshly caught seafood, Hank’s signature dishes, and celebratory beverages. A special offering of roasted grouper with black-eyed peas, Carolina Gold rice, collard greens, and tomato beurre blanc will be available all day.
“The holidays go hand-in-hand with Hank’s mission of bringing people together over exceptional food,” said Richardson. “Our specials combine indulgence and tradition, from butter-poached lobster tail to black-eyed peas on New Year’s Day. There’s nothing more rewarding than creating meals that become part of our guests’ holiday memories.”
Robert Mondavi Wine Dinner
Hank’s Social Hall will host a Robert Mondavi wine dinner on Nov. 12 at 6 p.m., featuring four courses paired with Napa Valley wines. Tickets are $186 plus tax.
Throughout the season, Hank’s will continue offering lunch service, $5 martinis, Half Shells at Half Day oyster specials, and group perks.
