Crafted with fresh lime, sugar and cachaça, the classic Caipirinha offers a bright, citrus-forward counterpoint to the rich, smoky flavors of their 18 selections from the grill, from tender Filet Mignon to the signature Picanha.
Guests may also explore seasonal variations—strawberry or passion fruit—or indulge in their Premium Caipirinha featuring Velho Barreiro Gold, aged three years in Brazilian Jequitiba-rosa barrels for a nuanced, oak-kissed finish.
