Charleston-based Carolina Coffee Works has launched a new coffee blend in partnership with Save the Light to help support preservation efforts for the Morris Island Lighthouse.
The new blend, called Lighthouse Roast, is a smooth medium roast, according to the company.
For every bag sold, Carolina Coffee Works will donate 20% of gross revenue to Save the Light, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the historic Morris Island Lighthouse.
The collaboration aims to combine locally roasted coffee with support for one of the Charleston area’s most recognizable landmarks.
