Downtown restaurant and bar By The Way will begin serving brunch every Saturday and Sunday starting Labor Day weekend, Sept. 5-6.
Brunch service will begin at 10 a.m. The menu, created by Uptown Hospitality Group Culinary Director Alec Gropman and By The Way Head Chef Corey Schoenig, will include classics such as steak and eggs, eggs Benedict and avocado toast, along with seasonal quiche and shakshuka.
The restaurant will also collaborate with a different local business on a limited-time dish during select Sunday brunches. The initial lineup includes:
- Sept. 6: PopUp Bagels
- Oct. 4: The Pass
- Nov. 8: Annie Mae’s
- Dec. 6: Luther’s
