On Wednesday, April 22, Brasserie La Banque will host an evening with Maison Trimbach in the private event space above the restaurant, One Broad.
The evening will begin with a canapé reception before guests are seated for a four-course dinner from executive chef Hunter Conklin, with each course paired to highlight the precision and age-worthy character of Trimbach wines. A highlight of the event, Jean Trimbach will be in attendance, pouring and guiding guests through the lineup, including a rare Grand Cru selection.
The menu reflects both classic and modern French influences, featuring ingredients such as caviar and lobster alongside seasonal, locally sourced produce designed to complement the wines.
With limited seating and direct access to one of Alsace’s most storied winemaking families, the event offers a rare opportunity to experience the depth of Maison Trimbach in an intimate setting. Tickets are $255 and include tax and gratuity.
