The additions include:
- Steak Tartare: Certified Angus Beef, cornichon, shallots, chives, truffle aioli, house chips
- Beet Salad: goat cheese, endives, candied walnuts, strawberry, herb vinaigrette
- Lyonnaise Salad: lardon, brioche crouton, farm egg, mimolette, anchovy vinaigrette
- Peach Tartine: d’affinois brie, parisienne ham, marinated peach, basil
