Two new elevated dining experiences will be taking place during this year’s Charleston Food & Wine Classic weekend at Grand Bohemian Charleston in partnership with JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset and Baccarat. The luxury boutique hotel will be hosting two Boisset and Baccarat Wine Dinners in Élevé’s private dining area on Friday, September 27th and Saturday, September 28th from 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm.
Guests are invited to enjoy two carefully crafted 5-course menus with special reserve wines from the JCB Collection and unique plates from southern chefs across Kessler’s ‘Grand Bohemian’ portfolio, including Chef Mike Wilson from Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook and Chef Miguel Toro from Grand Bohemian Orlando.
Offering over 20 years of experience in wine sales, Sara Brewer of Boisset Collections will lead each dinner accompanied by tasting demonstrations with Jean-Charles Boisset-Baccarat Passions Glassware Collection.
The menu includes Fried Sweet Breads, made with Sturgeon Caviar and drizzled with Sauce Gribiche paired with 2014 JCB Platinum Grand Cru Champagne Grand Cru and dessert of Sheep’s Milk Yogurt Panna Cotta with Burnt Honey, figs and a glass of JCB Forbidden Kiss.
Prices for this 5-course wine dining experience begin at $200 and attendees can register for the event Friday, September 27th here and Saturday, September 28th here.
