Bojangles is giving its most iconic menu item a bigger moment, turning National Buttermilk Biscuit Day on May 14 into a full-fledged Bo’s Biscuit Month. Throughout May, the Carolina-born restaurant chain will celebrate its made-from-scratch biscuits with a rotating lineup of weekly offers, digital exclusives and craveable pairings designed to keep fans coming back for more.
Bojangles’ buttermilk biscuits have been at the heart of the brand since 1977 - whether paired with all-day breakfast favorites or enjoyed on their own. The "Biscuit Theater" is a feature in many Bojangles locations showcasing the 49-step process of making biscuits from scratch through a viewing window. It highlights the brand’s Certified Biscuit Makers at work behind the counter, emphasizing fresh quality.
