Bellerose Hotel Bar, a nine-table steakhouse located beside the soon-to-open Sushi Bar Charleston, will open its reservation books on Dec. 17. The sibling concepts will offer distinct dining experiences but share the same culinary team.
Owners say Bellerose draws inspiration from iconic hotel bars such as Bemelmans at The Carlyle in New York, the Hemingway Bar at the Ritz Paris, and The Connaught Bar in London. With its intimate size, the restaurant will focus on high-grade cuts, refined side dishes and a quiet, elegant atmosphere.
