Downtown restaurant Beautiful South today announced that they are launching an all day dim sum brunch on Sundays, starting on October 6th from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Bringing the unique culinary art of dim sum, which translates to “a little bit of heart,” Chef David Schuttenberg's menu features a collection of classics, from steamed dumplings and baos to shareable small plates like Turnip Cakes, Scallion Pancakes, and Hong-Kong style French Toast. Standouts also include Taiwanese Custard Powder Chicken Wings and Lo Mai Fan, a Cantonese-style sticky rice with Lewis Barbecue Lap Cheong, or Chinese sausage.
Inspired by the old-school dim sum parlors of NYC's Chinatown, guests will place their order on a paper menu card, checking off the items from an extensive list of dim sum options. From there, everything is served up family-style.
Reservations are now available on Resy.
