Berkeley County Library System (BCLS), will be hosting "Cooking with Chef Rebecca," a series of interactive cooking classes for all ages, beginning September, 14, 2024 with the below schedule:

"Cooking with Chef Rebecca" interactive classes will provide customers of all ages FREE learning opportunities to acquire basic cooking skills and interact with community members sharing common food interests.
Breakfast Ideas: Adults will learn a variety of easy breakfast dishes and make-ahead ideas for busy mornings.
Kids in the Kitchen: Children and their parents will gain basic kitchen skills while making easy recipes using simple ingredients. Recipes will change by class and location!
Pasta Making: Learn to make delicious pasta dishes from scratch with a few basic ingredients.
Pies: Get ready for holiday baking by brushing up on your pastry skills! Learn pie crust techniques, delicious filling ideas, and take a pie home to bake.
"I am very excited for this opportunity to work with the Berkeley County Library System and its customers," said Rebecca Antill, Local Professional Chef. "I anticipate these programs will bring people together to share food traditions and knowledge, while learning new skills."
