Basic Kitchen has announced its January Reset series, a monthlong collaboration designed to support a fresh start to the new year.
Created in partnership with Chef Charlie Layton and several popular Charleston fitness studios, January Reset features a rotating weekly menu of nutrient-forward bowls, juice shots, and alcohol-free cocktails. The series runs throughout January, with each week spotlighting a different local studio that helped shape the menu.
Highlights of the January Reset menu include a sesame salmon bowl with charred scallion brown rice, functional juice shots featuring ingredients such as lion’s mane and ashwagandha, and zero-proof cocktails like the Spirulina Sour.
The weekly schedule is as follows:
- Ethos AC: Jan. 5–11
- The Works: Jan. 12–18
- The Outsiders: Jan. 19–25
- Longevity Club: Jan. 26–Feb. 1
