Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is turning up the tang with its next Big Bad Monthly Drop, introducing a pickle-lover’s dream burger with The Big Dill. Available Aug. 1-31, Monthly Drop #006 puts a signature Bad Daddy’s spin on combining juicy, creamy, crunchy and briny elements for a craveable creation made for fans looking to try something new.
Built on a toasted brioche bun, The Big Dill features a seven-ounce beef patty topped with Monterey Jack cheese and elevated with three made-from-scratch additions: housemade pickle pico, crispy housemade pickle frites and housemade dill ranch. Finished with a classic gherkin spear, each bite delivers a mix of bright pickle flavor, savory richness and satisfying crunch. Guests can enjoy The Big Dill for $16 with a classic side.
“We didn’t want to just put pickles on a burger — we built them into every layer,” said John Masterson, culinary director for Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar. “The housemade pickle pico brings brightness, the pickle frites add crunch and the dill ranch ties everything together. It’s fun and a pickle lover's dream, but it’s still a seriously good burger.”
Guests can enjoy The Big Dill alongside a $6 tall of Blue Moon Belgian White. The cold, citrus-forward wheat beer offers a refreshing contrast to the burger’s savory profile and makes the perfect summer pairing.
