La Bonne Franquette, a French restaurant in West Ashley, this week announced that their last day of business will be Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025.
The restaurant made the announcement on social media, saying:
"Dear Friends,
Many of you have already heard, but we wanted to officially thank you for the fabulous journey that you came on with us! Unfortunately, August 31st will be our last day. The decision has not been easy for me and I’ve tried to consider all alternatives but life takes unexpected turns.
Your support and loyalty from the moment we started throwing paint on the building has meant the world to me. We have loved spending special moments with you and will miss our times with you. Many of you have become a family for us and we hope to see you in our future chapters.
With love, Carly, Nolan, Casey, Maria, Jake, Brandon, Shawn, Logan, and Alex."
