Wild Meets Dirty
Wild Common’s executive chef Orlando Pagan, 2021 James Beard award semifinalist, is hosting Dirty Habit DC’s executive chef, Anthony Jones for a one-night-only event featuring a five-course tasting menu blending Lowcountry favorites with African and Mexican influences, bound to impress even the most sophisticated palates.
The menu draws inspiration from diverse cultural influences and showcasing locally sourced ingredients. Indulge in chef Orlando’s Koji Butter Poached Asparagus paired with the signature Regiis Ova Caviar and the Yeasted Butter Aged Ribeye engulfs diners in southern hospitality. While chef Anthony’s Roasted Red Drum with Poblano Eguisi and Spring Onion delivers a rich tapestry of Cameroonian cuisine, and The Black Belle, a decadent chocolate spelt cake wraps up the evening.
