Join the Alzheimer's Association for the Walk to End Alzheimer's, the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Registration is free, and everyone is welcome: families, friends, coworkers and community groups. During the opening ceremony, participants raise Promise Garden flowers to honor people affected by Alzheimer's and other dementia.
