Debuting as a special new series, the Charleston Chamber Music Intensive of the College of Charleston will join us under the creative vision of Director of Piano, Tom Hicks, to present a varied program of accessible and enjoyable music for all ages and all levels of concertgoers alike. With a late morning timeslot, this pre-lunch hour opportunity invites you to expand your mornings and your appreciation for music in this new partnership between two of the oldest institutions in Charleston.

About the Charleston Chamber Music Intensive

CCMI aims to bring the world’s finest musicians to Charleston to celebrate chamber music and solo performance. Its faculty artists are committed to mentoring the next generation of concert artists. The beauty and culture of Charleston are an inspiring environment for our intensive week of music making. Participants from this year’s chamber music intensive present our first Notes at 11 concert in July.
