As a part of La Cave’s new, monthly Chef's Tasting Dinner Series, which are hosted on the first Tuesday of every month, the May 6th dinner will feature a seasonal, five-course menu, curated by Chef Teshawn Gamble and expertly paired alongside Patrón cocktails from Beverage Director Hailey Knight. The evening offers just one seating at 6:30 p.m. for the following Chef's menu:
* Chevré, Proscuitto, and Asparagus Salad
* Lobster Ceviche
* Chilean Sea Bass with a mango reduction
* Al Pastor Pork with a cilantro risotto cake and charred corn salsa
* Spiced Chocolate Cake
