Erik Larson is a master of narrative non-fiction. His vividly written, bestselling books have won several awards and been published worldwide. His latest books, The Splendid and the Vile: A Saga of Churchill, Family, and Defiance During the Blitz and Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania, were both #1 New York Times Bestsellers. His saga of the Chicago World’s Fair of 1893, The Devil in the White City, was a finalist for the National Book Award, was voted one of the 125 most important books of the last 125 years by the New York Public Library, and won an Edgar Award for fact-crime writing.
