In this class, Chef Victoria will teach you how to work with both green and ripe plantains. How to peel, store, and cook them properly three different ways. We will make tostones (twice-fried savory plantains) Amarillos (sweet planrains) and Mofongo! (the must-have when you visit the island). You can do ALL this while drinking beer (or wine)!
