9th Annual Hatch Chile Roast at Rancho Lewis & Pacific Box & Crate
The Lewis Barbecue and Rancho Lewis Hatch Chile Roast returns to Charleston on Sunday, Oct. 4, 1 - 4 pm with 4,000+ pounds of New Mexico Hatch green chiles. More than 30 local chefs will conjure up their signature creations for free tastings while guests enjoy live music and the now famous chile-eating contest. This one-of-a-kind event will gather more than 3,000 expected attendees. The Hatch Chile Roast is free and open to the public with donations at the door supporting the Green Heart Project.
