The American Lung Association in South Carolina is hosting the 10th annual Lip Sync For Lungs Live Battle on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, at the Charleston Music Hall. For the event’s milestone 10th anniversary, we’re dropping an epic mix showcasing encore-worthy past battle champions and rising stars as part of this year’s theme, Greatest Hits Vol. X, and asking guests to step into the shoes of the stars who've shaped the soundtrack of lives. Think idols and imitators, legends and lookalikes—embody your favorite music icons or era!
This unique, action-packed event raises funds to provide lung health programs in South Carolina and lung disease research. This wildly entertaining event raises funds for the American Lung Association in South Carolina’s local health programs, funding lung disease research and providing advocacy for healthy air initiatives in coastal South Carolina. Some of the local programs supported through Lip Sync For Lungs include the Back-to-School with ALA: Backpacks For Bright Futures program, Community Connections lung cancer education program, the Lung HelpLine, Saved By the Scan, and local advocacy work.
