Lowcountry Veterans Home will host Vibes for Vets II, a free, all-day live music event Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, from 12:30 to 9 p.m. at New Realm Brewing on Daniel Island.
The community concert is open to the public and will feature five live bands. The event is designed to raise awareness and support for Lowcountry Veterans Home, a Charleston-based nonprofit that provides transitional housing and supportive services for veterans experiencing homelessness.
This year’s lineup includes Chris Dodson, OldSoul Acoustic, The Novatones, Sirsy, and Jared Petteys and the Heartbreakers. Performances will take place throughout the day, leading up to an evening headlining set.
Headlining the event is Jared Petteys and the Heartbreakers, led by Charleston-based musician and combat veteran Jared Petteys. A longtime supporter of Lowcountry Veterans Home, Petteys returns to Vibes for Vets for a second year. Organizers say his connection to both the local music scene and the veteran community makes him a natural fit for the event’s mission.
“Vibes for Vets is about bringing people together around great music while supporting veterans in our community,” said Courtney Williams, executive director of Lowcountry Veterans Home. “Having served as a Navy musician, I’ve seen firsthand how music connects people across backgrounds, and this event is a powerful way to channel that connection into real support for veterans working to rebuild their lives.”
