The United States Air Force Band’s premier jazz ensemble, “The Airmen of Note,” from Washington, D.C., is heading out on a 4-day community relations tour that includes a stop in Summerville. On Friday, September 20th, the Airmen of Note will be performing an eclectic program, ranging from big band hits of the 1930s and ’40s to brand new compositions encompassing many genres. The show will begin at 7 pm at the Summer Corner Performing Arts Center (318 Gnarly Oak Ln.). Tickets can be purchased here.
