Chris Renzema The Manna Tour | Saturday, Oct. 19 at 8PM
Chris Renzema is a musician, songwriter, and producer from Nashville whose music blends Indie Rock, Contemporary Christian, and Folk. Since launching his career in 2015, Renzema has released three albums: 2018’s “Be the Branches,” 2020’s “Let the Ground Rest,” and 2021’s “Get Out of the Way of Your Own Heart.” Renzema’s latest album, “Manna,” recorded in January at Nashville’s Sound Emporium, represents a culmination of everything he’s done so far. While Renzema has garnered numerous accolades, including being named on Pandora’s “Artist to Watch” list and earning a GMA Dove Award nomination for New Artist of the Year, it’s his dynamic live shows that have truly cemented him as a musician on the rise.
Pony Bradshaw | Friday, Nov. 15 at 8PM
Originally from Mississippi and now based in Georgia, Pony Bradshaw’s music has been described as a hybrid, textured sound with hints of bluegrass and Americana, rich with rustic guitar leads, fiddle, and pedal steel. Inspired by the hushed hills and deep valleys of North Georgia, Bradshaw’s latest album, “Thus Spoke the Fool,” feels more like an immersive experience, serving as an ode to the land and language of Appalachia. His songs are lush with mountain laurel and tobacco leaves, taking listeners to mill towns and American Legions. Recorded in part in the sanctuary of an old church outside of Athens, Georgia, “Thus Spoke the Fool” is a taut,10-song collection, and the third and final installment in a trilogy that began with 2021’s critically lauded “Calico Jim.”
