On Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., The Junction Kitchen will host Bear Paw Creative for an interactive, hands-on workshop teaching block printing techniques. Attendees will design and carve their own rubber stamps to decorate canvas tote bags.
Whether you're a total beginner who has never held a carving tool or a seasoned creator looking to expand your skills, Bear Paw Creative will meet you where you are. The workshop offers a relaxed, no-pressure space to create art, spend time with friends or meet new people while enjoying bites from The Junction Kitchen.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the class will begin at 6:30 p.m., running approximately two hours. Guests who have an old T-shirt, hoodie or their own tote they would also like to decorate are encouraged to bring those items.
The purchase of a ticket includes:
- All workshop materials
- A complimentary cocktail, beer or wine, with the bar open for additional purchases
- Heavy hors d’oeuvres and specialty desserts from The Junction Kitchen
The Junction Kitchen is located at 4438 Spruill Ave. in Park Circle, North Charleston.
