The George Hotel in historic Georgetown will host a Women’s History Month celebration Sunday, March 1, featuring a shoppable pop-up market highlighting local female-owned businesses.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is free and open to the public. No ticket is required.
Guests are invited to enjoy light bites, sparkling beverages and live music while browsing a curated lineup of vendors, including Frae, Surfer Betty Co., Vanhope Swim and Anna Leah Bohannon Permanent Jewelry, among others.
Organizers say the event is designed to celebrate women entrepreneurs who contribute to the local economy and creative community. The market also provides an opportunity for residents and visitors to gather, shop and support women-owned businesses during Women’s History Month.
