COASTAL EXPERIENCES FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET
Mornings at The Ellie Beach Resort begin with wellness and outdoor adventure, inviting guests to ease into the day through immersive coastal experiences. Complimentary “sea yoga” sessions take place Wednesdays at 6 p.m. on the beach and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. on the lawn, while complimentary fishing clinics every Thursday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon offer hands-on instruction and access to the resort’s iconic Springmaid Pier experience. Guests can also embrace the rhythm of the coast through additional adventures including stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking excursions.
As the day continues, the resort transforms into a hub of poolside energy and family-friendly fun. Weekly foam parties with DJ performances take place at The Ellie Pool every Thursday from noon to 4 p.m., while adult pool parties featuring DJs are hosted Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m., with additional details and partnerships to be announced. Throughout the resort, guests of all ages can enjoy a dynamic lineup of daily activities including volleyball, soccer, beach bingo, cornhole, board games, water balloons, friendship bracelet making, lawn games, axe throwing and bucket golf. SIGNATURE SUMMER EXPERIENCE: POLYNESIAN FIRE DANCING & LUAU NIGHTS
Anchoring the resort’s evening programming is The Ellie Beach Resort’s Polynesian Fire Dancing & Luau Nights, a signature weekly experience transforming the Ocean Blue Lawn into an immersive island-inspired celebration. Held every Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. from June 4 through September 8—with additional performances on Saturday, July 11, and Saturday, July 25—the event features complimentary leis, interactive hula and haka demonstrations and Polynesian entertainment in a lively beachfront setting. Guests can also enjoy the optional Polynesian Luau Feast, available for an additional cost, alongside specialty tropical cocktails and refreshments, before the evening culminates with the complimentary Hula Fire Dancing Show at 8 p.m., featuring breathtaking choreography and dramatic fire performances set against the oceanfront backdrop.
