The Dunlin, Auberge Collection will host a signature Lowcountry celebration from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at its River Barns, marking the finale of Southeastern Wildlife Exposition weekend.
Set along the river, the evening will bring together a curated mix of Lowcountry purveyors, artisans, and culinary talent, highlighting the region’s foodways, craftsmanship, and outdoor heritage.
Guests can enjoy live oyster demonstrations from Steamboat Creek Oyster Bar, cheese tastings from Kiawah River Farm, and a Laurent-Perrier champagne bar. The event will also feature live painting by artist Chelsea Goer, an Orvis fly-tying demonstration, and on-site shopping experiences, including Onward Reserve’s Airstream boutique and Miron Crosby Boots, which will offer custom boot fittings.
Culinary highlights include live-fire cooking from The Dunlin Executive Chef Michael DeCicco, dishes by Executive Chef Antonio Votta of Bowie House, Auberge Collection, and desserts by The Dunlin Executive Pastry Chef Elizabeth Grant.
Additional special guests include Jackrabbit Filly and King BBQ owner and executive chef Shuai Wang, along with Joon co-owner and executive chef Chris Morgan.
