The Charleston Parks Conservancy announced that the 14th Annual Party for the Parks will take place on November 2, 2024, at Colonial Lake. This year’s event, themed "Palm Royale: 60s Glamour Meets Charleston Charm," promises a vibrant evening reminiscent of 1960s Palm Beach. Tickets for Party for the Parks will be available by online on Tuesday, September 10, at 10 a.m.
Proceeds from Party for the Parks will directly benefit the Charleston Parks Conservancy’s mission to protect and enhance the city’s parks, funding vital initiatives like the Cut Flower Program and the Food Forest at Mulberry Park in the Ardmore neighborhood. The Conservancy maintains gardens, provides amenities, and delivers programming. As a nonprofit with minimal municipal funding, the Conservancy relies heavily on community support to sustain and enhance 25 of Charleston’s parks and green spaces.
“This event is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together to support our parks,” said Emily Topham, Director of Development and Marketing, Charleston Parks Conservancy. “Every ticket sold and every sponsorship secured helps us continue our work to ensure Charleston’s parks remain extraordinary, vibrant, and accessible.”
General admission tickets, priced at $175, include complimentary tastings from local restaurants, a full open bar, and a night full of live entertainment and dancing, while VIP tickets, at $300, offer an enhanced experience with access to the upscale VIP lounge complete with private, premiere bar and restrooms, elevated tastings, complimentary hair and makeup to complete your look, and more. Both ticket types are all-inclusive.
