Charleston Black Lives Matter, in partnership with Adesso Entertainment, will host a special benefit show at Purple Buffalo to raise funds for the 5th Annual Back 2 School Giveaway. The event, taking place on July 27 from 6 pm to 10 pm, will feature an evening of live music, visual arts, vendors, and the local soul food truck, Keonis. Headlining the night Three 6 Mafia Member, Project Pat.
The benefit show aims to support students and families from historically marginalized communities, such as Back to Green and the Eastside in Downtown Charleston, by providing essential school supplies for the upcoming academic year. The annual School Supply Giveaway ensures that every child has the tools they need to succeed in school.
In addition to the performance by Project Pat, attendees can look forward to an array of visual art displays, vendors offering unique products, and local food favorites.

Tickets for the event are available now and can be purchased here or at the door. All proceeds will go directly to funding the Back 2 School Giveaway.
