School’s out for summer, so Mount Pleasant Towne Centre is bringing back Play Dayz, a monthly morning of free activities for children ages 10 and younger, from 10 a.m. to noon at The Oaks (across from Barnes & Noble) on the first Tuesday of each month: June 3, July 1, Aug. 5 and Sept. 2.
No advance registration is required. Attendees may sign up at the event and enjoy a free morning of arts and crafts, face painting, balloon animals, fairy hair, snacks and more.
Each month, special guests from local businesses — including The Little Gym, Backyard PE Charleston, Young Chefs Academy, Heartbeatz Dance Academy and others — will lead engaging activities designed to educate, inspire, and expand young minds.
