Palmetto Park Jam is back this fall with the sounds of the Allman Brothers. This live music event at Mount Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park on Sunday, October 13th will feature Idlewild Revival, a musical tribute to the Allman Brothers.
Gates will open at 11 a.m. Matt Jordan and Jeff Bateman will open the show in the park starting at 12 p.m., and Idlewild Revival will perform on stage from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Held in a family-friendly festival atmosphere in Mount Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park, this concert will also feature food trucks and craft vendors.
Concert admission will be charged per vehicle, so groups of guests should arrive together in the same vehicle. Standard sized vehicles of up to 15 people will be $20 per vehicle in advance, or $30 per car the day of, if available. Gold Pass holders will receive free admission at the gate (one vehicle of up to 15 people per Gold Pass presented on site; no ticket required). Parking is limited at Palmetto Islands County Park, so a limited number of tickets will be sold and the event could sell out in advance. Purchasing tickets in advance at CharlestonCountyParks.com is highly recommended.
Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and tables to the event. Outside food, alcohol and coolers are prohibited at Palmetto Park Jam. Dogs are welcome, but must remain leashed.
Palmetto Islands County Park will be closed to non-concert goers during the day on Sunday, Oct. 13, reopening to the public at 4:30 p.m.
