Set against the breathtaking backdrop of South Carolina’s Lowcountry, SEWE at the Bluff (SATB) offers a rare and refined weekend celebration of wildlife, art, cuisine and conservation. Hosted by Palmetto Bluff in collaboration with the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE), guests are invited to experience an intimate, immersive outdoor gathering unlike any other.

- Courtyard Pickin’ | Welcome Event at FLOW Gallery + Workshop, Wilson Village. Guests will enjoy good food and company with award-winning sculptor Chris Wilson, The Arts Initiative at Palmetto Bluff’s March Artist in Residence who will be demonstrating his woodcarving skills live.

- Buffalo Blast | The kickoff begins Friday with the Buffalo Blast Sporting Clays Tournament, benefitting the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the private Palmetto Bluff Club Shooting Club and a celebratory lunch created by Palmira Barbecue and James Beard Emerging Chef nominee, Hector Garate
- Field + Fire | Friday evening’s Field + Fire dinner will be a superstar culinary collaboration featuring James Beard Award–winning chef and founder of Charleston’s celebrated FIG and The Ordinary, Mike Lata, alongside Palmetto Bluff’s culinary team, led by Chef Rhy Waddington of the Palmetto Bluff Club and Executive Chef Beth Cosgrove. Additional participating culinary talents include two-time James Beard Award nominee Chef Jacques Larson of Wild Olive, The Obstinate Daughter, and the forthcoming Lester’s at The Douglas Hotel in Savannah, along with Chef Michael Zentner of Merci, recently nominated for Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation. The result is the ultimate night for food-loving outdoor enthusiasts, where renowned chefs and immersive Lowcountry experiences converge in the unforgettable setting of Palmetto Bluff. - SEWE at the Bluff - Southern Celebration | On Saturday, SATB will culminate with a vibrant afternoon showcasing the best of SEWE, including an artisan village featuring beloved Southern makers and brands, wildlife and outdoor demonstrations, live music by the Bluestone Ramblers, beverage tastings, and thoughtfully curated food offerings.
