A new Charleston-based startup is simplifying how families across the tri-county area plan kids’ birthday parties, so the focus stays on the celebration, not the logistics.
One Party Rental, launching today, brings together local party rentals and services on one easy-to-use platform, making party planning faster, hassle-free, and more joyful for families, without the back-and-forth of coordinating with multiple vendors.
Founded by local mom and entrepreneur Kelly Waldren, the platform connects parents with trusted local vendors including bounce houses, luxury picnics, balloon artists, cakes, entertainers, catering, and more. Families can browse by date and location and book everything in one cart, creating a true one-stop shop for birthday planning.
“When I was planning my son’s birthday, I realized how time-consuming and overwhelming it could be to find trusted local vendors,” Waldren shared. “One Party Rental brings everything together in one place so families can plan with ease and stay focused on the moments that matter.”
The platform was also built to support local vendors, many of whom rely on social media and word of mouth to grow their businesses. One Party Rental helps vendors gain visibility, connect with new customers, and manage bookings through curated, easy-to-book listings.
