Meyer Vogl Gallery will present Wild. Flowers., a group exhibition opening June 5, 2026.
Featuring works by Mac Ball, Anne Blair Brown, Diane Eugster, Kyle Ma, Carrie Beth Waghorn, Susan Altman and Andrew Portwood, the exhibition invites artists to explore the layered meanings of “wild,” “flowers” and “wildflowers.” The resulting collection moves between interpretations of landscapes, organic forms and florals, offering a range of perspectives rooted in the natural world.
“For this show, the artist can take inspiration from the word ‘wild,’ ‘flower,’ or ‘wildflower,’” said Katie Geer, director and co-owner. “This is an homage to the state of being wild, wildflowers or florals in general.”
Each piece offers its own interpretation of what it means to be wild, whether through gesture, color, subject matter or composition. Through the distinct approaches of seven Meyer Vogl artists, Wild. Flowers. reflects the gallery’s ethos of building community through individual expression.
The opening reception for Wild. Flowers. will be held Friday, June 5, at Meyer Vogl Gallery. The exhibition will remain on view through June 30, 2026.
