The 18th Lexus Charleston Fashion Week® (Lexus CFW), one of the leading regional fashion weeks in the United States, has provided a sneak peek of the two-night celebration being held October 11th and 12th, 2024, at Festival Hall.
Here are some highlights:
- The CFW Style Lounge will host varied interactive pop-up experiences each night from regional and national brands including both a beauty and perfume bar, stylish accessory purveyors and makers, fresh fashion, and more
- On Friday October 11th, top competing emerging designers from Los Angeles to New York City, Philadelphia to South Carolina, vie for the chance to be named the Winning Emerging Designer. The expert Fashion Panel of Judges include Fashion stylist and influencer Andrea Serrano, Charleston magazine editor-in-chief Darcy Shankland, and Saks Fifth Avenue, Charleston Club darling, Jill Keefer.
- Saturday October 12th showcases vibrant head-to-toe looks from some of Charleston’s favorite designers and boutiques T.D McMurry, Finicky Filly, Kiku Refashion and Francis + Benedict and entertainment on the catwalk.
- LIXIL, in collaboration with a variety of architects and designers alike in the Charleston area, present “Reinvented”. This friendly competition tasks teams with creating an inventive, runway-ready Art Deco inspired look using materials from their manufacturer’s interior design partners to find beauty in the mundane and turn standard industry materials into wearable works of art.
- Additionally, some of Charleston’s most honorable and their families are celebrated as Lexus CFW Hometown Heroes
