High Tide, the annual music and arts festival, recently announced its latest event, Low Tide, which will be held at North Charleston’s Riverfront Park on Saturday, Sept. 12.
The spinoff festival will feature performances from SIDEPIECE, TOKiMONSTA, Nikita, the Wicked, 9B49 and more.
