David Sedaris, a best-selling humorist and social satirist, will return to the Gaillard Center following the publication of his most recent book of short stories, Happy-Go-Lucky, and his first children’s book, Pretty Ugly. The event, scheduled for Oct. 30 at 7:30 p.m., will feature a reading as well as pre- and post-show book signings.

Sedaris is the author of several bestsellers, including Calypso, Naked, Me Talk Pretty One Day and Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim, and is a regular contributor to National Public Radio.
