On Christmas Day, the restaurant will serve an enhanced breakfast and brunch buffet from 7 a.m. to noon for $27++, featuring fresh-cut fruits and berries, yogurt parfaits, overnight oats, bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, grits, an oatmeal station with toppings, hash brown casserole, brown sugar-maple glazed baked ham, scrambled eggs, and omelets made to order.
For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner, Ocean Blue is offering a selection of holiday specials alongside its full menu, including Roasted Butternut Bisque with spiced crème fraîche; Field Green Salad with cider-poached pears, Gorgonzola, spiced walnuts and white balsamic vinaigrette; Filet Mignon with merlot glace served with herb fingerling potatoes, caramelized bacon Brussels sprouts and baby carrot; Thai Basil Sea Scallops with herbed jasmine rice and broccoli rabe; and creamy Mushroom Risotto topped with an oyster, shiitake and portobello mushroom ragout with roasted garlic, basil and pecorino Romano. Dinner specials are available from 4-10 p.m.
New Year's Eve at The Ellie Beach Resort
The Ellie Beach Resort, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Myrtle Beach’s newest oceanfront resort destination, invites guests to ring in 2026 with its New Year’s Eve Gala & Getaway package, offering a festive and relaxing escape on the shores of Springmaid Beach. For $250, including all taxes, fees and gratuity, guests enjoy a one-night stay for two, admission to the resort’s exclusive New Year’s celebration, and a New Year’s Day breakfast buffet. Beginning at 8 p.m., the NYE event will feature live music by Urban Jukebox, the Grand Strand’s top party band, along with hors d’oeuvres, late-night bites and a midnight champagne toast. Guests may select either a 2 King Bed room or a 1 King with Sleeper Sofa, with the option to upgrade to a suite for an additional $100. Party-only tickets with food are also available for $35.
