- Matcha Class with Holy City Matcha: Clerks Cue Series monthly workshop series is back again and partnering with Holy City Matcha to teach guests the craft of perfecting the perfect Matcha! Guests will learn how to make their own matcha, sample specialty drinks, and have select pastries and cookies to enjoy alongside their cupping experiences.
