Cypress Gardens will host its annual Halloween in the Swamp for three nights: Thursday, Oct. 16; Friday, Oct. 17; and Saturday, Oct. 18. The event will run from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. each night at 3030 Cypress Gardens Road in Moncks Corner.
Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, at www.cypressgardens.info. All tickets must be purchased online in advance, as no tickets will be sold at the gate.
Halloween in the Swamp will feature activities for adults and children, including a marshmallow roast, storytelling, food trucks and kids’ games. General admission is $5 per person for ages 6 and up. Children 5 and under are free.
For those seeking a bigger scare, The Haunted Swamp Experience will take guests on a haunted boat ride through the swamp that leads to a haunted walking trail in the woods. The experience is open to ages 12 and older; children 12 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are $30 and include access to all general admission activities.
