The CHS AAPI Collective invites the Charleston community to celebrate Asian culture, cuisine, and creativity at its second annual Lunar New Year Market on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Storehouse 9 in the Navy Yard, located at 2154 Noisette Blvd. in North Charleston.
Immediately preceding the market, the collective will host an intimate panel discussion featuring local culinary experts exploring how food brings people together. The panel, titled Food for Thought, will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Tickets are available at sarahsdumps.com/panel.
This free, family-friendly market celebrates the richness and diversity of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in Charleston through live performances, local art, and food. With more than 25 local vendors, the event is Charleston’s largest Lunar New Year celebration.
Featured culinary vendors include Pink Bellies, Bok Choy Boy, Butter Half Bakery, Lola’s Lumpia, Sarah’s Dumps, and more. Shoppers can browse handcrafted goods, artwork, and retail offerings from vendors such as Charmland, Sophia’s Alahas, and Aesthewix by Anna, while enjoying beverages from Cho Wines and Boba Fusion.
Entertainment throughout the afternoon will include dragon dancers, traditional dance performances by the India Association of Greater Charleston, and music from the James Island Cowboys.
Admission is free and open to the public.
