Charleston-based author Brad Taylor, a retired Special Forces officer and New York Times bestselling thriller writer, will celebrate the release of Shadow Strike, the 20th book in his Pike Logan series, with a launch event on April 19 at The Windjammer on the Isle of Palms.
In the first Pike Logan novel, One Rough Man, The Windjammer is where characters Pike Logan and Jennifer Cahill first meet. Twenty books later, the series returns to that same iconic Lowcountry beach bar — and Taylor is hosting an open-to-the-public launch party at 6 p.m.
