Meyer Vogl Gallery announced Love Languages, a 10-Year Anniversary Group Exhibition, opening in late March 2026.
Love Languages brings together more than 20 gallery artists from around the world, each contributing one 10 x 10 inch work created in homage to a personal interpretation of their “love language.” Unified by scale, yet diverse in subject and approach, the exhibition offers an intimate look at the artists who have shaped the gallery over the past decade. The small work format encourages finding the unexpected connections between works when placed together. Love Languages celebrates both the individuality of each artist’s practice and the collective spirit that defines Meyer Vogl, and has written the gallery’s story.
“We asked each gallery artist to submit one piece each, with the only requirements being that it is 10x10 inches and that it pays homage to one of their ‘love languages’,” says Katie Geer, co-owner and director of Meyer Vogl Gallery. “I use ‘love languages’ loosely — not like the five that we always hear about, but a much more personal interpretation. For example, an artist's love language may be the color phthalo blue, or cloudy days, or a field of wildflowers.”
In marking ten years, the exhibition serves as a tribute to the artists whose work has become integral to the gallery’s identity and community. Through this focused, intimate scale and heart-driven theme, viewers are invited to consider the personal motifs, colors, and subjects that are dear to each artist.
The opening reception for Love Languages will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026 at Meyer Vogl Gallery. The exhibition will be on view through April 17, 2026.
