Brian Lawless, the 28-year-old Los Angeles rock artist who won the Golden Boot at Carolina Country Music Festival in June, is confirmed to return to CCMF 2027 (June 10-13, Myrtle Beach, SC) and has been added to Barefoot Country Music Fest 2027 (June 17-20, Wildwood, NJ).
The Golden Boot is decided by the festival crowd's live vote - and this year the audience chose a rock artist. Lawless got there with no label and no agent: he writes every original song himself, owns every master, and has generated more than $80,000 in ticket sales entirely on his own.
Lawless headlines the Viper Room in Los Angeles, and his debut album Moonshine - self-written originals alongside four covers from the rock canon - is out now.
